1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ByPass ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ByPass is a Facebook Messenger management SaaS platform that allows businesses to:

• Manage Facebook Pages and Messenger conversations
• Automate responses and customer interactions
• Access analytics and insights
• Publish content to Facebook Pages

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.

4. Facebook/Meta Integration

Our service integrates with Facebook/Meta platforms. By using our service, you agree to:

• Comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Platform Policies
• Only use the service for authorized Facebook Pages you own or manage
• Not attempt to circumvent Facebook's rate limits or usage restrictions
• Maintain compliance with Facebook's data protection requirements

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

ByPass offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred under your account at the prices in effect.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features and functionality are owned by ByPass and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PageInteract, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
